What Does Justice Look Like?: A Celebration of the Arts and Social Justice

October 6 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

What Does Justice Look Like?: A Celebration of the Arts and Social Justice
Break out of your comfort zone and stretch your imagination to envision new ways of thinking about justice

Join us in commemorating the work of the inaugural cohort of the June Jordan Fellowship and in celebrating arts organizations from around the city who are engaged in social justice work. The event will highlight art by the June Jordan Fellows and participants of their workshops, in addition to live performances, workshops and exhibits from local activist artists. It is also an opportunity for community members to interact with cultural institutions around the city that are engaged in social justice-centered art practices and outreach.
