Each month, Georgia's NewsChannel 6's Dee Griffin features a local woman who is using her career or business to make a big impact in the lives of others. Women Transcending Collective Leadership Institute Alum Charlotte Garnes was featured in December 2024 and out of the 12 women featured last year, she was selected as the "Remarkable Woman of 2025". Charlotte will fly to Los Angeles to represent as the NewsChannel 6 winner and meet other winners across the country.
Charlotte leads ReNforce, a nonprofit that provides training and coaching to businesses looking to hire justice-impacted people to meet their workforce needs, while simultaneously providing unique training and professional development to improve employment outcomes for career-seekers. ReNforce recently purchased the Redemption House to provide housing and support for women coming home from prison.
