Janlori Goldman

Janlori works to assist in developing programs and funding to support the Center for Justice. She teaches courses in public health and social justice at Columbia Law School and NYU School of Law, and works as a writing mentor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Janlori worked as a civil rights lawyer in Washington D.C. and at the Center for Community Change, and as faculty at the Mailman School of Public Health. Her first book of poetry, ‘Bread from a Stranger’s Oven,’ won the White Pine Press Poetry Prize in 2016.
